5 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with the following categories of third parties:

5.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers who process information on our behalf, including payment processors, shipping carriers, SMS messaging providers, email marketing platforms, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only as directed by us.

5.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of others.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described herein.

6 SMS Communications and Mobile Data

If you provide a mobile phone number on our checkout page, this section describes how we collect, use, and protect data associated with our SMS shipping notification program. For program terms (frequency, opt-out, support), see Section 6 of our Terms of Use.

6.1 Information We Collect for SMS

When you provide a mobile phone number at checkout and consent to receive SMS shipping notifications, we collect and store:

  • Your mobile phone number, normalized to international (E.164) format
  • The date, time, and IP address at which you provided your phone number
  • The exact disclosure text shown to you adjacent to the phone number field at the time of consent
  • A record of each SMS message sent to you, including the carrier scan event that triggered it and the delivery status returned by the carrier
  • Any opt-out reply (e.g., STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE) you send, along with the date it was received

6.2 How We Use SMS Data

SMS-related data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Sending you transactional shipping notifications related to your specific order (drop-off confirmation, in-transit updates, out-for-delivery alerts, and delivery confirmation)
  • Maintaining a compliance record of your consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws
  • Honoring opt-out requests promptly and preventing further messages once you opt out
  • Diagnosing delivery failures or troubleshooting carrier issues

6.3 No Marketing Use; No Sale or Sharing for Marketing

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages, and we do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to any third party for marketing purposes.

SMS opt-in data — including your phone number and consent — is used solely to deliver the transactional shipping notifications you signed up for. It will never be used for advertising, promotional outreach, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your order.

6.4 Third-Party SMS Service Provider

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio Inc., a third-party messaging service provider acting as our data processor. Twilio receives your phone number and message content solely to facilitate delivery on our behalf, under a data processing agreement that restricts Twilio's use of this data. Twilio's privacy practices are governed by Twilio's own privacy policy, available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

6.5 Retention of SMS Data

SMS consent records, message logs, and opt-out records are retained for the same period as the related order record (a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and regulatory compliance), so that we can demonstrate consent and opt-out compliance if required by a regulator, carrier, or court.

6.6 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive. Once you opt out, your number is added to a suppression list and will not receive further SMS notifications from us. The opt-out applies to the specific phone number; if you place a future order and provide the same number again at checkout, you may re-enroll by re-providing the number.

7 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and transaction records are generally retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and regulatory compliance.

8 Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment card data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors and is not stored on our servers.

No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take your privacy seriously and continually review our security practices.

9 Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Deletion
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
Email Opt-Out
