Once your order ships via UPS 2nd Day Air, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order through the link above or by logging into your account.
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reship the correct product at no cost. If a product tests below 98% purity upon independent verification, we will also reship no questions asked.
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available for every lot. It documents the HPLC purity result, mass spec identity confirmation, and testing date. Contact us with your lot number if you did not receive a CoA with your order.
