What you earn
On the first order from every researcher you refer. They get 15% off that order with your code, so the referral is worth something to both sides.

Completed referred orders unlock vials shipped to you, on top of the commissions. No claim form; they post when the milestone is crossed.

Ten referred researchers placing a first order and thirty reorders, each around $250.00. Real results depend entirely on who you refer and what they order.
How payouts work
A referred order earns its commission when it is delivered. It is held 3 days for the refund window, then approved.
Approved commissions from the previous month are paid by ACH direct deposit on the 1st. Transfers take 1 to 3 business days.
Balances under the minimum roll into the next month, so nothing is lost; it just waits for the next payout.
Set up once in the Wallet tab of your account, before the first payout.

A refunded or cancelled referred order reverses its commission. If it was already paid out, the amount comes off the next payout.

A partner code cannot be combined with another partner or marketing code, and partners cannot use their own code.

Questions partners ask
Who can become a partner?
Anyone with an Averix Labs research account in good standing. There is no application: claim your code in the Partner tab and it is live immediately.
How does attribution work?
Your link sets a 30-day cookie, and your code can be typed at checkout. If a researcher uses your code or arrives through your link inside that window, the order is yours. The last partner link or code used wins.
Where do I see my numbers?
The Partner tab in your account: clicks, orders, conversion, pending and paid commissions, a 30-day chart, milestone progress and the payout wallet.
Can I promote it however I like?
Share it with colleagues, lab groups and research communities. Do not present the products as anything other than research-use materials, do not make claims about them, and do not bid on the Averix name in paid search. Accounts that break these rules lose the program.
Does the discount stack with sales?
A partner code gives 15% off the first order and cannot be combined with other codes. Bundle pricing on quantities still applies.
Is there a tax form?
Yes. The payout profile collects a Tax ID and the W-9 acknowledgement once; partners paid $600.00 or more in a calendar year receive a 1099 in January.
